“The
Child & Adolescent Center treatment program offers a strong
emphasis on psychiatric education and therapy, as well as developing
insight to improve self-esteem and deal with problems in behavior,
socialization and family relationships. This is emphasized throughout
treatment, especially in the experiential components, which include
the ropes and challenge course, art therapy and adventure-based
experiences.”
- Peter Lake, M.D., medical director of The Child & Adolescent
Center, Rogers Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc
