In most cases, an initial telephone screening with one of our admissions specialists starts the admitting process. Depending on the program, the screening may take from 30 to 60 minutes. There is no charge for this screening, and the information is confidential.
The information you share during this phone call will be reviewed with a physician, who will recommend an appropriate level of care. After the review, admissions staff will contact you and share the physician’s recommendation.
