Dr. Vineet Kulkarni Dr. Kulkarni, the medical director of Adult Services of Rogers Memorial Hospital–Milwaukee, is a board certified psychiatrist, and specializes in the treatment of adults and adolescents. He specializes in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), affective disorders and anxiety disorders. Dr. Kulkarni received his MBBS (our equivalent of M.D.) at T.N. Medical College-Bombay India and completed residency at the University of Illinois Medical College of Psychiatry.
