What if I recognize someone while I am visiting?
All information about your family member’s treatment is private and confidential. No information is released without his/her written consent, except in cases where it is required by law. Likewise, you are asked to keep all information about other patients and their families private. This is crucial because respect and confidentiality among patients and staff helps build trust. The treatment staff does share among themselves all necessary information regarding patients.
