Mr. Mueller earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has also attended The Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Experience / Areas of Expertise:

Paul Mueller is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in administration, management and delivery of behavioral health services. Since 2012, he has served as chief executive officer for Rogers Memorial Hospital. Mueller focuses on administrative, clinical, marketing, financial and environmental systems, working to ensure the hospital’s ability to provide high quality care as the numbers of people seeking help at Rogers continues to grow. Prior to being named CEO, he was Rogers’ chief operations officer and has overseen clinical programs, marketing, admissions, program development and physician recruitment.

Mr. Mueller serves as a board member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation and is active at the local level, volunteering on the boards of several community organizations, including the Pabst Farms YMCA; Oconomowoc Area Foundation and the Oconomowoc Rotary.
