Ms. Patterson received her bachelor's degrees in communications, criminology and law studies from Marquette University and her master's in hospital administration from Cardinal Stritch University

Renee Patterson has been with Rogers for more than 20 years as a member of the administrative team, providing leadership and mentorship in the development of a broad range of policies and practices to help achieve its strategic vision and sustain the dynamic growth of the organization from a hospital to a system with multiple key corporations. In her current position, Patterson oversees human resources, staff development, clinical education, infection control and employee health departments as well as the Center for Organizational Advancement, fostering an environment where Rogers’ employees are recognized as the organization’s greatest strategic asset.
Prior to joining Rogers, she worked for the Milwaukee office of the United States Department of Justice, providing civil and criminal case support for the Office of the United States Attorney as well as other Department of Justice agencies, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Marshall's Service.
Ms. Patterson is a member of the Wisconsin Hospital Association’s workforce development committee, Waukesha County Technical College’s nurse advisory committee. She serves as the healthcare subcommittee chair of the education committee with the Waukesha County Business Alliance. Ms. Patterson also is actively involved with Professional Dimensions, Tempo Waukesha, the Society of Human Resource Management Association, and a Lutheran Social Services board member, where she serves as a chair of the governance committee and as second vice president.
