Thomas J. Shiltz, MS, CADCIII has been working in the chemical dependency and eating disorders field for the past 20 years. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Addictions Counselor (CADCIII), an ad hoc instructor for Cardinal Stretch University and a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders.

Thomas J Shiltz's experience as a mental health care professional coupled with his unique speaking style of interaction and humor offer an effective approach to learning. Mr. Shiltz is the author of several workbooks which are available for purchase online at our store.
