Education:

Dr. Henricks completed his doctorate in clinical psychology at Miami University in 1991 and his master's in business administration at Marquette University in 2004.

Areas of Expertise

Dr. Henricks specializes in the development of behavioral health services and the integration of behavioral and medical/surgical services. His recent projects include strategic behavioral assessments for medical/surgical hospital systems, integration of behavioral services into primary care, management of behavioral health services in medical/surgical hospitals, and the development of specialized partial hospitalization programs nationally.

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare management, he has also led the opening of a new psychiatric hospital, completed successful turn-arounds for behavioral health programs in financial difficulty, developed specialized behavioral health programming for a variety of clinical populations, led compliance, performance improvement and risk management services, and assisted numerous organization in developing quality and financially viable psychiatric services at all levels of the behavioral treatment continuum.

Dr. Henricks is a member of the American Hospital Association's Governance Board for Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services and a national speaker on the topic of healthcare integration.
