James E. Ledbetter, PhD, received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Tennessee. He also holds a doctorate in counselor education from the University of South Carolina.

As vice president of operations, James Ledbetter provides administrative oversight to Rogers’ regional intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program locations, working closely with medical leadership to deliver empirically-based, high quality treatment services that achieve high levels of patient satisfaction.
Ledbetter brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, with 15 years of experience at the corporate level and multi-site operations and more than 12 years of experience as a corporate CEO. Prior to joining Rogers, he served as chief operating officer and vice president of development at United Medical Corporation for Ten Broeck Healthcare/PremierCare in Windermere, Florida. His knowledge of strategic markets and strong professional relationships with key providers in several regions of the United States helps Rogers to continue to assure that our patients and families receive the highest level of care.
