Mr. Schueth holds a master's degree in education with an emphasis in biology and catholic theology from the University of Mainz, and a degree in public relations from the Academy of Economics in Cologne, Germany.
Areas of Expertise
Matthias Schueth brings more than 20 years' experience in communications and fund development, as well as an international perspective, to the administration team at Rogers. In his position as executive vice president of the Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation, Schueth is responsible for expanding and diversifying the organization's funding base through the cultivation of long-term philanthropic relationships with individuals, corporations and other foundations, providing long-term financial stability for the hospital.
Prior to joining Rogers, Schueth served as the director of development and annual programs at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Before accepting the position at Children's Hospital, he spent 13 years at Caritas Germany, a catastrophe relief organization for third world countries, as their press spokesman and executive director of communications and development.
Schueth is a member of the association of healthcare philanthropy.
