Maya D’Eon, PhD

Clinical Supervisor, Psychologist

Dr. D’Eon, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and clinical supervisor at Rogers in San Diego. She supervises the delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for adult, adolescent, and child patients. Additionally, Dr. D’Eon trains, coaches, and develops staff and trainees in providing evidence-based treatments. She has a special area of expertise in health psychology with a focus on chronic illness management. Dr. D’Eon is also an associate clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UC San Diego.

Dr. D’Eon received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario where she also earned her Master of Arts in psychology. She earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the joint doctoral program at San Diego State University/University of California San Diego. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the VA/UC San Diego Consortium and her post-doctoral fellowship at UC San Diego in the Department of Psychiatry.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. D’Eon was an assistant clinical director of Outpatient Psychiatry Services for the UC San Diego Health System in La Jolla, as well as the attending psychologist overseeing the Pain Psychology service.
