Child and Adolescent OCD and Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program

The child and adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed for children and teens ages 8 and up. Let by board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, this program allows for continued involvement in school and family activities. Patients receive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing exposure and response prevention (ERP), to learn effective strategies they can use for the rest of their lives. This program is for patients with moderate symptoms who need more intensive therapy than outpatient treatment or as a transition from a higher level of care.
